The Women of Legend and Merit Gala hosted by Tennessee State University, held their Grand Finale event at NMAAM. This amazing community focused event honored several women and their achievements. Hosted by Jasmine Sanders from the DL Hughley Show, the night was filled with inspiration, empowerment, connection, and a live performance by Ruby Camille.
I think it’s important that we celebrate women where they are. We’re not celebrating a company or what you did 10 years ago, we’re celebrating right now and what you are doing so that our young girls can look up and see that excellence. That’s why this event is so important. I hope it leaves a legacy of excellence,” shares Dr. Jewell Winn, Event Chair.
