The Southern V started out as a “vegan shack” serving up the best meat-free options in the city. They are now opening a full service restaurant location in the Buchanan Arts District (close to Slim + Husky’s) and we could not be happier. Owners Tiffany and Cliff Hancock gave us a peek inside their new digs and it feels just like home. Tiffany is not only the owner/chef but she also channeled her creative side and lead the design of the new restaurant space. From the calming blues and golds that immediately put you in a chill vibe to the hand woven baskets displayed on the wall and positive affirmations framed throughout the restaurant.
