May 4 – Pre-Cinco De Mayo Happy Hour @ TheLab

Pre Cinco De Mayo Happy Hour 6:30pm-Until! Inviting all Professional Organizations for a night of Networking and Fun!


May 5 – Tacos + Tequila Fest Presented by Vanguard Nashville

Taco & Tequila Fest is an event to brought to you by Paragon Social x Southern Yankee x Vangaurd Nashville, and this first installment is the Cinco De Mayo edition! Taco & Tequila Fest is more than just a Day Party, its a community festival bringing people together through: Food, Live Music, Drinks, and other forms of entertainment! Music by: Dee Jay Q and Yo Breezye. All tickets admit: bottomless margaritas + 3 free taco tickets. Any taco after the 3 free is $2 a piece.


May 6 – You Are Loved: A Brunch Soiree

Join us at the “You Are Loved: Mother’s Day Soiree” as we celebrate all the mother figures in our lives. This will be an afternoon filled with fun, relaxation, interactive Swag stations, a beauty bar so you can get a “Glam Up ” before you visit the photo booth, and a delicious brunch style meal by KiNiMi Kitchen. Tickets include: Brunch + Interactive Swag Station + Swag box + Tote + Tea Towel + Digital Photo Booth Photos.


May 8 – Juice Screening Presented by Slim + Husky’s

Slim & Husky’s presents JUICE, the 1992 crime drama about four Harlem friends — Bishop (Tupac Shakur), Q (Omar Epps), Steel (Jermaine Hopkins), and Raheem (Khalil Kain). They dabble in petty crime, but they decide to go big by knocking off a convenience store. Bishop, the magnetic leader of the group, has the gun. But Q has different aspirations. He wants to be a DJ and happens to have a gig the night of the robbery. Unfortunately for him, Bishop isn’t willing to take no for an answer in a game where everythings for keeps. Signature artisan offerings from local pizzeria Slim & Husky’s will be available for purchase at this event, and Fat Bottom’s 2 Hop Shakur will be on tap. Join us for a night of pizza, beer, entertainment, and a closing discussion about the film’s themes.


May 12 – A Lesson in Southern Charm/Lady Lunch Club

Get a lesson in “southern charm” with Lady Lunch Club at the 2018 Iroquois Steeplechase! Enjoy tented luxury, catered food and an open bar. In addition to the Race Day event, Lady Lunch Club guests will enjoy complimentary shuttle service and “Royal” restrooms. We will be located inside the track, railside, with access to the Centerfield Tailgating, Iroquois Shoppes and the Family Area. Throughout the day, we will enjoy mingling, music, and even door prizes! Purchase tickets early for a discounted price. This is not a “ladies only” event, so get a ticket for your beau and come on out!


May 13 – Mother’s Day w/Brian McKnight

Celebrate Mother’s Day with one of R&B’s most influential artists, as the supremely talented Brian McKnight returns to the Schermerhorn for one night only, showcasing his trademark falsetto and soaring vocal range. Mom’s Night Out Packages start at $111 and include 2 tickets, 2 roses, 2 glasses of wine and a box of Goo Goo Chocolate Truffles.


May 24 – Hoppy Hour with Creative Souls @ Cheekwood

Join the tribe as we explore the grounds featuring Amanda Parer: Interlude.  Cheekwood is open until 10pm so grab your bestie and let’s get out of the house for Hoppy Hour, food trucks, live music, lawn games and more.


May 24 – ArtQuest Grand Reopening @ The Frist (For The Kids)

Please join us on Thursday, May 24, for the grand reopening of ArtQuest, with new stations and old favorites within MAQ to explore and enjoy. A members-only ribbon-cutting and preview will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with Ellen H. Martin, who has championed MAQ as a special place for children and families. MAQ will open to the community at 3:00 p.m., with free admission to all galleries through the rest of the day.
