Few cities truly fit the melting pot analogy better than Nashville TN, and I for am lucky enough to call this experience-full city home.
I could fill an entire street block with things to do in Nashville, but for the sake of your sanity we wanted to put together a 24 hour day that would keep your stomach full, eyes wide, and mind racing!!

We begin this journey at a Nashville staple for brunch on a sunny Friday morning, Garden Brunch Café, right in the heart of Nashville.
Just step from the local farmers market and, the state capital, Garden Brunch Café boast a wide array of fresh brunch favorites, and chef fusion dishes alike.
My favorite dish happens to be a local favorite, the Bananas Foster pancakes. Topped with a buttery walnut sauce, and whipped cream, this is one brunch you won’t forget.

Make sure you don’t leave anything on your plate, you’ll need some energy to peddle downtown and on through midtown on Nashville’s B-Cycle’s.
With over 30 cycle rental stations, you can grab a bike or 3 downtown, ride for hours, then return in west Nashville or anywhere along Nashville’s ever expanding green way.
With art galleries like Tinney Contemporary and museums like the Tennessee State Museum, I’m sure your ride will have taken you on a journey like none other and worked up an appetite for something great for lunch.

While there are many choices in the area, one of my favorite lunch eats would have to be Flip Burger in west Nashville.
The area currently seeing a resurgence of retail and eateries boast, some amazing food and ambiance. Flip Burger spares not an ounce of detail, nor quality when preparing gourmet burgers, and nitrogen cooled drinks in this hip modern spin on the American classic.
With local meats, fresh herbs, and clever concoctions Flip Burger is sure to please.
After lunch perhaps its time to slow things down and take in a Nashville staple with a guided tour at Corsair Distillery.

From Vodka to rum to whiskey, Corsair has something for every drinker in your crew. The guided tour through the distillery will give you a first hand take on the process, the people, and most importantly the booze!!!
After your afternoon nap, when it’s time to pick things back up, put on your best and lets head over to Sinema, located in Berry Hill, this classic yet innovative bar and lounge exudes a sexy, innovative vibe that can’t be beat.

Start your evening off at Sinema, with craft cocktails and a classic sultry atmosphere, primed to bring out the social butterfly in anyone.
The night is still young and the list of places to continue the party is looooooonnnng.

From Pinewood social, a hip bar/bowling alley, to UP Rooftop lounge, downtown is full of music and great drinks to keep you cool and entertained all night.
When you’ve had your fill of drinks, music, and good people, pull out your phone and check out the location of one of Nashville’s most acclaimed but often hidden food trucks, The Flaming Bird.
When it comes to hot chicken, these guys get it right every single time. With a variety of delicious items to choose from, you could never go wrong with their made to order menu.
Now I know it seems like I threw out a lot of things to do in only one day, but that’s the thing I love the most about Nashville. With so many hidden gems and great things to explore, it’s the perfect city to get lost in.
