How many years have you been in Nashville? On and off for 5 years
Tell us what you are creating in Nashville? At my core, I’m a storyteller. The way I tell them is through song. Nashville has been the next chapter of that for me. This city has provided the space and grounding to share more stories in song form and podcast form. Shining a light on the disparities within country music and how they directly correlate to race and gender.
What inspires you? I’m inspired by life. It’s a constant inspiration I personally pull from to create the music I make.
Coffee, lunch, brunch, or happy hour? I’m a brunch lady.. Give me a good brunch and mimosa and I am ready to have fun.
Describe Nashville in 3 words ? Culture, community, and stories
Favorite Nashville musician, singer or artist? I would say Mickey Guyton, Cam, and Mikko Marks, they just are authentically themselves and it shines through.
What is your favorite Nashville spot you are digging right now? For a show, I would say the basement, The OG basement. It’s small and intimate such a vibe. For a quick drink, I would say EG&MC.
