1.  It’s the only means to supply our bodies and its various organs with the supply of oxygen which is vital for our survival.
2. is one means to get rid of waste products and stressors from the body.
That’s why managing our stress through meditation is so important. Breathing/ Meditation is an incredibly powerful tool. It brings awareness, asks that we live on the present, give us clarity, and grants us permission to breathe.
