The Metropolitan Nashville Chapter of The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. hosted a “Women Vote Early” event at the Metropolitan Nashville Office Building. The event empowered, engaged and mobilized voters—particularly women voters. There were more than 30 organizations that came together to encourage others to vote in the upcoming election. “Voting is the most powerful way we can make our voices heard,” said Janet Rachel, NCBW Metropolitan Nashville Chapter President. “With so much at stake, we want to make sure every eligible voter in our community feels prepared and motivated to head to the polls. This event is about building momentum and reminding people that their vote truly matters.”
