Zack Grady, Soho House Nashville

Title: Membership Manager

What brought you to Nashville? I was born in Starkville, Mississippi, and grew up in Louisville, Mississippi, before moving to Nashville when I was 9 years old. My family has established roots in Nashville and has grown with the city.

Tell us what you are creating in Nashville? Zack is the Membership Manager at Soho House Nashville, where he leads membership strategy, community engagement, and partnerships for one of the city’s most dynamic creative communities. Since joining Soho House in 2022, Zack has played a pivotal role in cultivating meaningful connections among artists, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders. He began as the House’s U27 Membership Manager, building a thriving community for emerging creatives and young professionals while championing belonging and collaboration.

At the University of Tennessee, Zack studied Business and Public Relations, where he was an active member of Student Alumni Associates and the professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi. His career began in the nonprofit sector with Hands On Nashville, supporting initiatives that served underserved communities, before joining Whole Foods Market as a Whole Body Trainer and Merchandising Lead, where he developed expertise in leadership, team development, and customer experience.

At Soho House, Zack has spearheaded a number of creative and cultural initiatives, producing showcases that have elevated emerging talent—including early performances by country artist Megan Moroney—and collaborating with Grammy Award-winning artists such as Colbie Caillat, Gavin DeGraw, Coco Jones, and many others. His work is rooted in creating spaces where creativity, connection, and opportunity intersect. Today, Zack continues to oversee membership operations while fostering partnerships and experiences that strengthen Nashville’s creative ecosystem. He is passionate about cultivating authentic community, investing in emerging leaders, and creating environments where people from all backgrounds can connect, collaborate, and thrive.

What excites you about Nashville? I am excited for the connectivity that expansion brings. More eyes, diversity of thought, and an industry that gives opportunity to communities that may not have had it otherwise.

What is your favorite Nashville spot you are digging right now? Pro2col all day! I am into all things wellness and The Pro2col is an amazing wellness clinic and cafe that brings you back to 100%.
