A Nashville Local Launches Her Self-Care Brand During COVID-19

Lanae Jackson, is a Multicultural Marketing Manager at Nissan by day and self-care advocate at night under her blog Simply Lanae. Combining her road warrior schedule (which of course has been put on hold for now) with her love for creating products that feed your soul and travel well, she recently launched Bloom by Simply Lanae. As shares, her motto, ‘bloom, wherever you are’ means that it’s important to practice your self-care routine whenever you feel the need. I had a chance to try out several of her products and was super excited to hear about her launch because purpose chasing, always brings a smile to my face:).

“Self-care can help you during times of stress and uncertainty. When we take care of ourselves, we can better support others”, as Lanae shares. This is one of the reason why she felt there was no time like the present climate to launch her brand.

Her products are handcrafted in Nashville, toxic free and made with herbs, essential oils and flowers including Roses as a staple ingredient. From rose oil, rose soak to rose water and her signature Bloom candle, your self-care routine is guaranteed to be elevated and will thank you for it. Her products are also travel-size, so when they hit that green light for getting back out, you will be able to “keep blooming” as you make your those vacay plans.

Lanae’s IG also offers a space full of self-care jewels and inspiration for anyone seeking a respite (especially from this daily news as it can surely be a lot these days). One quote that stood out from her IG was “Our hope is that you don’t live in fear of the unknown, but find comfort in what I do know…you are loved, worthy and beautiful.”

Our hope is that you don’t live in fear of the unknown, but find comfort in what I do know…you are loved, worthy and beautiful.

Bloom by Simply Lanae has already raised funds through their online store sales to help several local non-profits organizations with tornado recovery efforts (yep, remember our city has been hit several times over this last month, so there is only one way to go but up!).

Definitely make sure to check out her online store for some new, self-care products and also join us this Saturday, April 18, 2020 on our FB Live as she shares her Self Care Rituals + Essential Oil Pairings. It will leave you restored and ready to take on these next couple of weeks like a champ, promise.
