Title: Senior Project Manager/Lifestyle Content Creator

Hometown: Franklin, TN

What do you do or create in Nashville? The goal is to create legacy while staying connected to the community I love. Through One Party One Purpose TSU, I help support initiatives that uplift our students and the university year-round. Whether it’s through my lifestyle content or as a cohost on The A Collective Podcast, I’m focused on using my voice to inspire, connect, and give back.

What brought you to Nashville? I am actually a native to the area. I grew up in Franklin, TN.

What inspires you? I’m inspired by legacy and authenticity. Watching my mom graduate from TSU in ’74 showed me what pride, purpose, and perseverance look like, and that foundation still drives me today. As a lifestyle content creator who speaks openly about life’s highs and lows, I’m inspired by community and the power of using my platform to spark real conversation, build confidence, and remind others that their voice matters and can create change.

Favorite Nashville spot you are digging right now? It’s hard to name just one, so I’ll say food and fitness. When it comes to food, Bourbon Steak in the JW Marriott has my heart because the food, the views, and the vibe are all top tier. For fitness, GetFit Med Spa in South Nashville is my go-to. It’s a Black owned gym that my husband and I have been members of for over five years, and with so many TSU alums there, it truly feels like family.

What is your favorite TSU Homecoming event: Tailgating

Share a memorable TSU memory: From the moment I stepped on campus in 1997, I started building friendships that have now become family. The bonds we formed back then are still strong today, and that sense of connection is what makes TSU so special to me. It’s more than a university, it’s home.
