How many years have you been in Nashville?
I’m a Tennessee native, born and raised in Chattanooga. After graduating from the University of Georgia, I moved to Nashville to live with my mother and figure out my next steps. Twenty-five plus years later, I’m still here and grateful to call it home.

I help organizations build strong, diverse leadership teams. As a former C-suite executive turned talent consultant, I focus on cultivating the next generation of leaders through executive search, professional development, and strategic consulting services.
What inspires you?
I’m inspired by smart, accomplished professionals who lead teams or run their own businesses. Connecting with individuals who overcome challenges and generously share their knowledge, insights, and networks motivates me. Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of expanding my network to include incredible people, and every conversation leaves me energized and hopeful.
