Courtney Williams
What brought you to Nashville? I came to Nashville for work. I completed my post-doctoral residency at Vanderbilt University’s Counseling Center.
What do you do or create in Nashville? As a licensed psychologist and style coach, I help individuals struggling with their personal style and building their wardrobe so they can feel confident, authentic, and empowered by teaching them sustainable skills rooted in psychological principles. I am fascinated by the psychology of style because I know that what we wear (clothing) relates to what we wear (energetically & mentally).
What inspires you? I am inspired by other creatives and thought leaders passionate and bold about their gifts. Traveling inspires me as well because I have a change of scenery, I get to connect with new people, and have new experiences.
What excites you the most about Nashville? There is so much creative potential here, so many uniquely talented people, and so many interesting spaces open to being activated. Innovation is in the air, and the opportunities to align, collaborate, create, build and impact are limitless.
