Cocktails with Paige Jack at pH Craft Cocktails

We decided to take you into one of Nashville’s hottest bars with one of our favorite creatives and fashionistas in Nashville, Paige Jack. Check out her visit to pH Craft Cocktails and learn about two new signature drinks you can order or make it home. Enjoy y’all!

The Muddy Water

A fun, gin-inspired play on the old fashioned | Deshun Smith, General Manager

  • 2 oz Barrel Aged Gin 
  • 1 oz Brown simple syrup 
  • 4 drops of Angoustara Bitters
  • A few drops of Orange Bitters

Shake with ice and then pour over 1 higball ice cube. Then express the citrus of an orange and lemon over the drink (oh we are getting fancy:).


Banana Flambé 

An elevated banana cocktail complete with fire | Dominic, Mixologist

  • 2 oz Campesino Aged Run
  • 1 oz Giffard Banana Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 drops Scrappys Aromatic
  • 1 drop Fire Tincture
  • 2 drops Salin
  • 3 drops Fee Foam

Shake really well, drop in a highball ice cube and add a roasted marshmallow (hence where the fire comes in;). You can also garnish with a dried banana to add that razzle dazzle.
