Learn more about how Abram is betting on Nashville and his new luxury AirBNB development for entrepreneurs, creatives and professionals.

What brought you to Nashville?
I dropped out of college and moved to Nashville in pursuit of my real estate dreams. I saw the opportunity to build something meaningful here and knew I had to bet on myself. What inspired you to get into real estate? Why Nashville?
Money was definitely a motivator, but more than that, I saw real estate as a tool to create long-term wealth. I discovered wholesaling through a YouTube video — a strategy that allows you to get started with no money or credit — and I saw people my age doing it at a high level. That lit a fire in me. I had family in Nashville that were also entrepreneurs within the real estate and interior design space and they often encouraged me to explore the opportunities in real estate that Nashville had to offer. I knew instantly that Nashville would become the city where I could make my vision of success in real estate, real.

What makes your real estate projects different from other developments?
Everything I build is fueled by purpose. I’m not just developing properties — I’m creating first-generation wealth. Not only for myself but for the people inspired and educated through my story. There’s real passion behind every deal. That’s what makes it different.

What is a fun project you’re working on right now?
Right now, I’m excited about The Lookout at River North, my 8-unit luxury Airbnb development located right off the interstate in East Nashville. It’s a $10 million project and the largest I’ve taken on to date. These aren’t just vacation rentals — they’re designed to feel like retreats for entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals. They offer comfort, inspiration, and convenience. The visibility alone is powerful. Every time I pass by it, I’m reminded that I’m building something iconic in this city.

What is one piece of advice you would give to people interested in getting into real estate investing in Nashville?
If you’re starting from scratch, wholesaling is the best way to get in the game. You can make $10,000 or more per deal without risking your own money. It’s about putting in the sweat equity and learning something new every day. Build relationships. Ask questions. Take imperfect action. Progress over perfection — that’s what I live by.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to scale, Abram’s story is evidence that with the right mindset and action, anything is possible.
