On Thursday, Feb. 21, Creatives Day partnered with The Lab Nashville for a free training on tools for Creatives and Small Business owners to grow entrepreneurial skills through using digital marketing tools and resources presented by Google Fiber. Attendees learned the basics of how customers find their businesses online and how to promote their online presence with methods like Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and online advertising. Google Fiber representatives also shared tools and best practices to help entrepreneurs run their businesses online, including Google Analytics and GSuite. With more than 30 attendees, the event was sponsored by Google Fiber and the US Small Business Administration.
