A Little Nashville History: Tennessee State University Performs At The White House

The Smithsonian National Museum of African American History + Culture opens today, September 24th and Tennessee State University Marching Band performed at the White House as a part of this history making grand opening. The band performed on the South Lawn for arriving guests.

TSU is one of Nashville’s 4 historically black colleges + universities (hbcu).
