So, many locals in Nashville are all about eating healthy, organic and gluten-free options. Well, The Post East definitely has you covered. Located at 1701 Fatherland St. in East Nashville, this coffee shop/lunch spot/local music/black-owned eatery is all about doing it the right way. From recycling over 95% of their packaging (the owners, Tonya and Chris hand sort each of the items!), offering gluten free options for almost all of their menu items to only sourcing non-GMO foods aka foods not processed naturally aka no Velveeta or american cheese here, folks.
